Requesting the use of a district facility

All requests to use any district facility must be made through SchoolDude.  

To register or log in, go here:

To register: 

  • Click on “Never Submitted a SchoolDude Request?  
  • Put in the account number:  601946990
  • Complete the registration 

You should log in using your account information for all future requests.

We have posted a user guide that provides steps for logging in, submitting requests and viewing the calendar, on the district website.

The online system provides you with an opportunity to see all building space that is available.  It also streamlines our communication and creates efficiencies that will enable us to respond quicker to your request.  

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been considered.

Requests that have been granted prior to November 7 do not need to be re-submitted.   Email and paper requests will not be accepted after November 7.
