Identify the work on ELA practice that will be observed, engage students in the work, and ask for support or resources that are needed to do the work.

Study ELA units, their implementation, student work collected from the units and feedback provided to students.

Provide feedback to principals, teacher leaders, and central office leaders on the progress of PLCs.

Reflect on the implementation and outcomes of the work.  Make adjustments to increase effectiveness.  Provide feedback to principal and teacher leaders.
