Observe ELA Instruction, provide feedback and support to improve the quality of instructional practices.
Set up PLSs for teachers to study ELA units, their implementation, student work collected from the units, and the feedback provided to students.
Observe progress of PLCs, collect evidence of their work, and reflect on outcomes of the work.
Reflect on the implementation and outcomes of the work. Make adjustments to increase effectiveness. Provide feedback to superintendent and other central office leaders.
