Music
Students at Yates have music twice a week for 30 minutes
each session.
Students have
the opportunity to play instruments including Boomwhackers and
Orff instruments. They also sing songs and compose
melodies.
Sixth graders
will learn the recorders, compose and perform songs, create
instruments, learn musical games and study music from all over
the world.
The first
concert will be held December 2 at 7 pm in the
auditorium. All students in grades 4 - 6 will perform.
