Mastan Jr., father of Yates
Magnet School student
Juliana Mastan, for donating
the American Flag that waves
everyday in front of Yates
School.
Mastan, who served in Iraq
from April 2002 through
March 2003 with the 413th
Quartermaster Battalion
received the flag after his
return to Schenectady from
Congressman Michael McNulty.
The flag flew over the
Capitol Building in
Washington, D.C.
