Enjoy Day at U-Albany
 Students
from Keane, Woodlawn, Zoller and Central Park International
Magnet schools enjoyed a fun day at the University of Albany
recently.
The group toured the college's athletic facilities, met with
college athletes and coaches and even tried playing a few sports
such as track and basketball.
The UAlbany coach spoke with the students about the importance
of learning in school, sportsmanship and maintaining a healthy
lifestyle.
After the college tour, everyone sat courtside to watch the
UAlbany Women's Basketball Team play against the University of
Maryland Baltimore County. At halftime students and teachers
participated in a “knockout” basketball tournament. Coach Miller
and a fourth grader from Keane reached the finals. The
Keane student claimed victory.
