Keane
Students Receive Note and Photo from Soldiers
The
kindergarten, first and second grade classes at William C. Keane
Elementary School created and produced a holiday CD that was
sent to the 96th Transportation Company in Afghanistan.
The students recently received a photo and thank you note from
the troops.

Michelle
Steinbeiser, kindergarten teacher, said it was a collaborative
project. Susan Cohen, music teacher and Prince Sprauve
from Schenectady High School helped the students create and
produce the CD.
"We practiced
for months," said Steinbeiser. "We are very proud of the
hard work our students and teachers put into this project.
