WIEC holds Thanksgiving feast

Lori Hammond's adult English As A Second Language (ESL) class at Washington Irving Educational Center enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast at the school.  Hammond, who holds the celebration each year, enjoys bringing the students together for this American holiday.  This  feast however did offer more than turkey and potatoes.  The students enjoyed an array of food from Japan, Guyana, Korea, Puerto Rico and much more.  Jesse Roylance, director of Washington Irving was also on hand to spend some time with the students and join in the celebration.
