Information About Bus Stops

• Each student will be assigned to a bus stop in the vicinity of the student's legal residence.  The student will only be transported to and from the bus stop to which the student is assigned.

Middles Schools and High School 

• Routes will be designed with central pickup points.  Buses will travel main roads.

• For the safety of all children, parents should not drop off or pick up children in the Schenectady High School's loading zones.  Loading zones will be identified by Department of Motor Vehicle signs and monitored by the Schenectady Police Department.

• There will be no vehicular use of the access road in front of Schenectady High School except for buses between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. and between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.,  Monday through Friday.  Handicapped access is located at the rear of the building by the tennis courts.
