The estimated cost of the work is $64,500,000 which will be presented to Schenectady residents for approval on May 16, 2017. Due to the high reimbursement rate, EXCEL, and Capital Reserve funding, Phase II projects will have no impact on taxes. A Capital Reserve proposition, to authorize the establishment of the reserve fund, will be presented to voters on the same ballot.
