Schenectady graduate gives back
Musician returns to work with students, perform benefit
concert
Sean Lane, a
graduate of Linton High School and renowned pianist in the
Washington, D.C. area is coming to town to work with Schenectady
students and give a benefit concert. Lane will serve as an
artist in residency on Friday, May 21, 2010 throughout
the day in Schenectady High School’s Sayles School of Fine
Arts. He will perform a benefit concert at 7:30 p.m. in the
Schenectady High School Black Box Theatre. Tickets are $15 per
person. Use the
order form or purchase tickets at the Open Door Bookstore on
Jay Street.
Proceeds will
benefit the
Schenectady City School District Educational Foundation, Inc.
which provides grant funding to Schenectady teachers.
