5th and 6th Graders Took Trip to
Washington for Spring Break
A group of 28 fifth and sixth graders from Lincoln and Paige
Elementary Schools traveled with Smithsonian
Student Travel (SST) on a of tour Washington D.C.
during the week of April 5, which was spring recess.
The three-day trip included a tour of the
Smithsonian museums and a night tour of the Lincoln
Memorial, WWII Memorial and Korean War Veterans Memorial.
The trip was coordinated
by art teacher Heather Legault who along with her students
held
a number of fundraisers and raffles to help pay for the
educational getaway.
