School Pictures
School pictures will be taken of all children on Monday, April 23. Picture packets will be made for those children ho order at the time the pictures are taken. A variety of packets are available.

Heelys
Parents, please review the following safety reminders if your child(ren) wears "Heelys." For those of you that don't know what Heelys are, they are sneakers with wheels in the heel so that you can roll on them!

  1. Heelys wheels are not allowed to be at school. They have become a significant safety issue at recess, in the hallways and around our busses. If your child wears Heelys to school, he/she must remove the wheels first.

  2. Heelys are not acceptable gym shoes. Please send your child with appropriate gym shoes. Children will be asked to remove them and a parent will have to come to pick them up after school.

Box Tops for Education
For more than 30 years, Labels for Education has been giving schools free education equipment in exchange for labels from the Campbell's family of brands. Have you been saving the Box Top for Education labels from General Mills packages? If so, send them to school. You can attach 10 box tops to a piece of paper, labeled with your child's name and classroom teacher's name or place them in a baggy with your child's name taped to the baggy. School receive $.10 for every box top!

Lincoln Garden
At Lincoln we have some new arrivals that are beginning to sprout!! We have a new garden bed in front of the school entrance. Please be careful to not walk on our new sprouts.
