teachers work at McDonald's
to raise money for school
Hamilton
Elementary School teachers worked a shift at McDonald's on
Altamont Avenue in Schenectady on April 14 to raise money for
their school. The teachers made french fries, milk shakes and
took orders during their 4:30 - 7 pm shift. In exchange,
Hamilton received 20 percent of sales made during that time.
Many families stopped by McDonald's to see the teachers in
action and for dinner.
