.............................................................................

The Schenectady City School District believes that one of the most important ways we can help our children perform better in class is to provide them with the nutrition necessary for the healthy growth of minds and bodies.  To accomplish that, we offer breakfast and lunch in our schools each day.

Meals are provided by Whitsons Culinary Group.

2013-14 Community Eligibility Option (CEO)

All SCSD Families:
Please complete the attached Household Income Form

Our district is participating in the CEO program which means all children in our district receive meals at no charge regardless of household income or completion of this form.  We are, however, requesting that each family in the district complete one form.  The information that we collect is not to determine if you are eligible for free meals.  We must collect the information for reporting purposes and for applications for additional funding and grants that benefit your children.

If you received a letter stating that your children were direct certified through state records, you do not need to complete the form.

Thank you for your cooperation.  If you have qustions, please don't hesitate to call us at 370-8100 X-111.
