I would like to respond to the board of education’s decision to release the Risetto Report related to allegations of workplace misconduct on the part of Steve Raucci. 

I am pleased that the report is now available to the public.  The report clearly shows that the employees of the district operations and management department were subject to workplace misconduct over a period of many years.  The findings also show that district administrators were not aware of Steve Raucci’s behavior.  The disturbing nature of the behaviors in that department remain cause for concern.   We have carefully reviewed the recommendations offered by the investigator.  We are, and will continue to implement the recommendations outlined in the report to ensure that activity of this nature does not happen in the future.
