SHS girls improve, finish 4th
Congratulations to the Schenectady High School Boys Indoor
Track Team, winners of the Big Ten Indoor Championship Meet
held January 27.
Schenectady
freshman Ammar Brown and senior Malik Murray took 1st and
2nd place respectively in the 5-Meter Dash.
Junior
Deshawn Kunath won the boys shotput.
Brown and
Murray teamed with junior Mark Soto and freshman Eddie Sichilongo to take
2nd place in the 4x200 Relay.
Sophomores
Tyeshawn and Morrison Colby Youngblood took 1st and 2nd place respectively in the 55-Meter Hurdles.
Schenectady
girls improved to a 4th place finish this year.
Senior
Meisha Lewis, sophomores Nisa Cores and Nyaisha Clay and
freshman Kaileigh Serafini finished 2nd in the 4x200
Relay
