Girls Swim Team Takes League Championship
for first time ever

The Schenectady High School Girls Varsity Swim Team, 7-0 in the league and 8-2 overall, clinched the Aqua League championship for the first time in league history.  The team finished the season last night, splitting a non-league tri-meet against Troy and Albany.  The Lady Patriots defeated Albany but lost to Troy.

Seven Schenectady swimmers will compete in Sectionals on November 4, 5 and 6.

Good luck to Kenya Finn, Mollie Orr, Sabia Filiaci, Noel Leszczynski, Caroline Roberts, Madeleine Cleworth and Alexa Lawyer.
