Girls Swim Team Opens Season with Win

The Schenectady High School Varsity Swim Team, coached by Travis Herron,  opened the 2010 season with a win against Amsterdam.  The Lady Patriots posted a final score of 78-58.  Several girls qualified for Sectionals in their first meet including

• Sabia Filiaci - 500 Freestyle
• Kenya Finn - Diving
• Alexa Lawyer - 50 Freestyle
• Mollie Orr - 200 Individual Medley

The swim team will host a home meet this Friday, September 24 at 4:30 pm.
