Delroy Roberts, SHS 2008,  named to NEAC All Conference Soccer Team
Holds school records for points, goals and assists

Congratulations to Delroy Roberts, 2008 graduate of Schenectady High School, who was named by the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) to the second team All-Conference Soccer Team for the third year in a row. 

Roberts, a junior at Wells College, finished the season with a team leading nine goals (5th in the NEAC) and two assists for total of 20 points (4th in the NEAC).  Roberts also holds school career records for points (44), goals (18) and assists (8). 

The Wells Express finished the season at 5-9-3, including a 3-4-2 record in conference play.
 

Looking ahead

Roberts plans to try out for the second division professional league in the U.S. and the B League in Europe in 2012 after he graduates from college.
