Schedule for Elementary Student Progress Reports
1st Quarter
---------------------------
October 12: Classroom & Special Area teachers may
begin to input grades. Students who change classrooms
after October 3 shall be graded by the sending teacher by
hand and the grades shall be input by the receiving teacher.
November 4: Last day to input grades.
Attendance includes through Friday, November 2, 2012.
November 7, 15, 27: Report Cards presented at
November conferences
2nd Quarter

January 3: October 12: Classroom & Special
Area teachers may begin to input grades. Students who
change classrooms after December 12 shall be graded by
the sending teacher by hand and the grades shall be input by the
receiving teacher.
January 22: Last day to input grades.
Attendance includes up through Friday, January 18, 2013.
January 25: Report Cards go home
3rd Quarter

March 19: Classroom & Special Area teachers may
begin to input grades. Students who change classrooms
after March 13 shall be graded by the sending teacher by
hand and the grades shall be input by the receiving teacher.
April 16: Last day to input grades.
Attendance includes up through April 12, 2013.
April 19: Report Cards go home
4th Quarter

May 29: Classroom & Special Area teachers may begin
to input grades. Students who change classrooms after
May 15 shall be graded by the sending teacher by hand and
the grades shall be input by the receiving teacher.
June 17: Last day to input grades. Attendance
includes up through June 17, 2013.
June 20: Report Cards go home
